Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure the impact of administrative information systems on the development of administrative creativity at the level of the Condor electronic institution according to an analytical and descriptive approach. This study draws on the importance of the developments and changes experienced by modern industrial institutions. The administrative information systems play an important role by creating the environment for creativity and To achieve excellence of the institution in light of these changes, and in the framework of our treatment of this subject was divided into two chapters of the theoretical and applied chapter, the first chapter includes a theoretical framework for information management systems ,The second chapter discusses the extent of the contribution of information management systems in the development Administrative innovation at the enterprise level ,with respect to Chapter III side applied to the subject of the study, which was the institution of the Condor electronic, was measured variable management information systems through four dimensions represented: the physical supplies of human supplies, software and databases. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: -The level of evaluation of the MIS for its requirements at the Condor Electronic Foundation was high; -The level of development of administrative creativity at the Condor Electronic Foundation was average; -There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α= 0.05) for MIS in its requirements (human material, software, databases) in the development of administrative creativity at the Condor Electronic Foundation; -There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α= 0.05) between the responses of the members of the study sample on the development of administrative creativity attributed to the age variable for the age group from 40 to 49 years, while the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the responses of the members of the study sample on the development of administrative creativity attributed to gender variable, scientific qualification, years of Experience, number of training courses in the field of informatics Keywords: Information, Management Information Systems, Development of Administrative Creativity
