Abstract

This dissertation aims to study corporate governance’s mechanisms and standards in NCA Rouiba Company, which is the first company in the beverage industry in Algeria. And tries to assess and compare the level of internal and external mechanisms related to the company, using national and international tools, such as: the assessment standards of the Algerian Charter of Corporate Governance and the Corporate Governance Progression Matrix. The results show that NCA Rouiba meets most of the Algerian charter standards, and it goes beyond the Algerian Code of Commerce, while many aspects of its governance according to the Corporate Governance Progression Matrix. And the company has an acceptable level of governance comparable to the standards that the United States of America and many other European Countries impose on their companies.
