Abstract

This study aimed to know the impact of electronic management on the public service in terms of improving and developing the service and enhancing transparency in the administration in the town of Medea. From traditional management to electronic m anagement in the municipality. In order to reach the objectives of the study, we used the descriptive analytical approach, which attempts to describe the phenomenon and study the subject, and study the relationship between electronic management and th e impact it had on the public service, using the interview tool with some employees who have a relationship with automated media systems and participation in work. The study reached results, the most important of which is that the requirements for the application of electronic management in the organization are related to administrative requirements, qualified and trained human cadres to use automated media systems, financial resources, automated media equipment, and other requirements, including legal ones. Where the study showed that most of the municipality’s services are provided through electronic management in all of its work, and from it we noticed the extent of the relationship of electronic management with the public service and its positive impact on it through developing and improving the service and its flexibility and enhancing transparency.
