دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات دراسة حالة: بمديرية الحماية المدنية بالمدية

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the role that strategic planning plays in its various dimensions (strategic vision, strategic message, strategic objectives, strategic analysis, strategic option), in crisis management at the Directorate of Civil Protection in Media. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on questionnaire as a basic research tool for collecting the necessary data, where (60) questionnaires were distributed and (50) questionnaires were retrieved and the number was valid for analysis, and for analysis of data and hypothesis news the statistical program was relied upon SPSS_ V26 using a set of statistical methods. The study showed that strategic planning plays an active role in crisis management, so there is no success in managing the crisis without strategic planning.
