دور البنوك في تعبئة الإدخار بالجزائر (دراسة تطبيقية على وكالات البنوك الوطنية لمدينة المدية )

Abstract

Given that commercial banks consider bank deposits to be the only form of savings bank receptacles, and an important source of liquidity in the bank and an essential resource for it, the financing process does not take place unless there are good levels of bank deposit, and for this we find commercial banks competing to collect savings deposits approved in this On two strategies, the first is price, which is the competition to provide the highest rate of interest; The second is non -prince and works to provide various services to the customer. This competition creates a difference in the level of mobilization activity from one bank to another. The more efficient the bank is in attracting deposits, the more This helps it to finance its credit and investment activities. Standing on the reality of saving in Algeria, the Algerian commercial banks were the study community, and the study sample was represented by the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (AinBoussif Agency) and the Algerian National Bank (Medea Agency), and by dropping the efficiency indicators on the mobilization activity in Algerian banks, we concluded that the latter It has not yet reached the level of efficiency, due to: weak competition between banks resulting from the dominance of public banks; The lack of banking awareness among individuals and sufficient guarantees for their dépostes, in addition to the absence of banking marketing.
