Abstract

This study aims to help to understand one of the most Important management tools in institutions in general, and it’s the dashboard by knowing its position and its role as a tool in the management of the institution, and this by touc hing on the management control also being considered one of its most important tools, tools that sought to give the real and clear image to the institution in order to draw its plans and strategies, and be able to make correct decisions by using the indicators of the dashboard which play a huge role. Realizing the importance of the subject and the results of the applied study, a set of questionnaires that were designed to examine the variables of the study were distributed to a sample of 35 employees working in the Naftal foundation -Medea - and relied on the spss program to test the validity of the hypotheses.
