Abstract

Summary of the study in Arabic: The present study aimed to identify the relationship between school climate and job performance among primary school teachers, and this study was based on the descriptive approach and the sample consisted of 60 teachers from a group of schools. And after statistical processing of the data by means of the statistical package in social sciences (SPSS) : which is represented in the following statistical methods: Pearson coefficient and t test The study showed the following results: - There is a statistically significant correlation between school climate and job performance among primary school teachers. - There are no statistically significant differences in the school climate scale due to the “male, female” gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the school climate scale due to the “literary, scientific” specialization variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the work performance scale due to the “man, woman” gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the work performance scale due to the “literary, scientific” specialization variable.
