Abstract

-Resumer- The study aimed to find outthe effectiveness of the Guidance program to reduce aggressive behavior among kindergarten children by community Spirit and Collaborative learning in "Ajyal kindergarten" in Qsar-Al- Boukhari-Medea, where the main goal was to detect aggressive behavior among kindergarten children and how effictive the counseling program was in mitigating it after applying it to the study sample in kindergarten The following tools were used in this study Observation Interview . The proposed counseling program to reduse aggressive behavior among kindergarten children and devlop groupe siprit and cooperative learning, prepared by (Nabil atrous,2012 ,2013 ) The results , after statisitical treatment of the hypotheses, showed the following . The counseling program was highly effective in reducing the aggressive behavior of children . The program achived the development of group spirit and cooperative learning in children s performance, which in turn was reflected in reducing aggressive . The research concluded with a set of recommendations and proposed research .
