Abstract
This research aims to determine the extent of the link between organizational
justice and commitment among hospital staff of Ain Bousseef district in the state of Medea,
according to a descriptive analytical approach, where "organizational justice" was measured
as an independent variable with its three dimensions, distributive justice, procedural justice,
and transaction fairness. Determining the dimensions of the dependent variable
"organizational commitment" to include both emotional commitment, normative

null hypotheses. And he reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
There is agreement on the part of the study sample that the hospital institute applies
