Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of information and communication technology on the productivity of the enterprise, and we will deal in this study an analysis of the theoretical framework of information and communication technology and the concept of productivity, where we begin by analyzing the concept of communication and information and also technology in detail, as well as the concept of production and its components, then the conceptual framework for productivity and its administrative and economic concept is clarified Then we will discuss the most important methods used in measuring productivity and the problems of measuring it. To complete the topic of the research, we will analyze the most important factors affecting the productivity and determining it, then we will clarify and continue the process of the research. 20 employees were selected, as we aim through it to find out the role of information and communication technology in this institution in improving productivity within the institution under study, after which we will conduct a standard study aimed at knowing the degree of influence between these two workers Finally, we will try to come up with a set of recommendations and proposals that help improve productivity in Algerian economic institutions
