Abstract

The study aims to explain the concept of transformational leadership and its dimensions, as well as the concept of managerial creativity, its elements, its importance and methods of development. It also aims to build a training program in order to develop creativity among transformational leaders in organizations. The study found the following results: The training program is an effective tool for changing transformational leaders' behaviors, convictions, and attitudes. - There is a set of creative strategies that if the transformational leader is trained to implement them, he will deviate from the rigid traditional thinking and acquire skills in creative thinking. - Six thinking hats strategy is an effective strategy to solve a problem or take a decision in the organization creatively. - A transformational leader can relate a concept in organizational work with an object, animal, or plant, to generate creative ideas about that concept. - Headlines strategy is effective for a transformational leader to develop his intellectual fluency. - When the transformational leader applies the strategy of the seven thinking languages in management and organizational work, his view is comprehensive and generates many creative ideas.
