Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the relationship between administrative creativity and organizational excellence From the point of view of a sample of workers at the level of the directorate of the Sonelgaz Foundation in Medea branch - Qasr Al-Bukhari - according to a descriptive analytical approach, where "administrative creativity" was measured as an independent variable with its following dimensions: the concept of creativity, creativity of operations and creative abilities, and the dimensions of the dependent variable were determined. "Organizational Excellence" to include leadership, human resources, operations, knowledge and the financial dimension. The research community consists of all 125 workers in the Sonelgaz Directorate in Medea, a branch of Al-Bukhari Palace, who numbered 125 workers. A random sample was selected from that community estimated at (40). A worker distributed questionnaires to them, and all of them were retrieved (40) questionnaires valid for analysis. The research included a set of null hypotheses, and reached a number of results, the most important of which are: That there is a high agreement from (the fourth trend according to the Likert scale shown in the second topic of the applied chapter) by the study sample that there is an adoption of the concept of administrative creativity from the point of view of the study sample and this is individually for each dimension and college for the axis as a whole. That there is a high agreement from (the fourth trend according to the Likert scale shown in the second topic of the applied chapter) by the study sample that there is organizational excellence from the point of view of the study sample and this is individually for each dimension and college for the axis as a whole. There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ≤ 0.05 for the dimension of creativity on achieving organizational excellence from the point of view of the study sample, where we obtained a strong positive correlation estimated at 75.4%. There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ≤ 0.05 for the dimension of creativity of operations on achieving organizational excellence from the point of view of the study sample, where we obtained a medium positive correlation estimated at 47.2%. There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ≤ 0.05 for the dimension of creative abilities on achieving organizational excellence from the point of view of the study sample, where we obtained a medium positive correlation estimated at 57,5%. There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ≤ 0.05 for the sense of administrative creativity on achieving organizational excellence from the point of view of the study sample, where we obtained a medium positive correlation estimated at 46.6%, or 46.6% of the organizational excellence achieved in the Directorate Sonelgaz in Medea, a branch of Al-Bukhari Palace, resulting from the employees’ adoption of the concept of administrative creativity
