Abstract

The aim of thisstudyis to try to find out the role of training in the development of humanresourcecompetencies. Weused the analytical descriptive method to describethisphenomenon. This studywascarried out at the level of the Sonalgaz Unit. On the sample size 76 and the number of questionnaires recovered and valid for the analysis of 68 questionnaires and we have reachedthrough the study to a set of results, mostnotablythat the training has a significantrole and important in influencing the knowledge, skills and behaviorthat are dimensions of efficiency, Human resourceefficiencywithout training.
