دور الاتصال في تنشيط الفعل الثقافي المحلي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الاتصال في تنشيط الفعل الثقافي داخل مؤسسة عمومية حديثة النشأة وهي المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بمدينة المدية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة الحالة. وقد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام أدوات نوعية تمثلت في المقابلات الموجهة مع الفاعلين الثقافيين داخل المؤسسة (المديرة، المستشارة، المنشطة الثقافية) إضافة إلى مقابلات مع عينة من الرواد والباحثين والأساتذة والطلبة إلى جانب تقنية الملاحظة المباشرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاتصال يلعب دورا محوريا في تحريك المشهد الثقافي وربط المؤسسة بمحيطها الخارجي، رغم وجود عدة عراقيل من بينها ضعف الموارد البشرية والتقنية، وعدم استغلال الوسائل الحديثة بالشكل الأمثل. وتقترح الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي تهدف إلى تحسين الاستراتيجيات الاتصالية للمكتبة وتفعيل دورها الثقافي بشكل أكثر فاعلية وانفتاحا على المجتمع المحلي. This study aims to shed light on the role of communication in stimulating cultural activity within a newlty establihed public institution the main public reading library in the city of medea to achieve this ths stydy adopted a dexriptive analutical apprroach alongside a case stydy methodology. Data wlre collected using qualitative tools primarily structured interviews with cultural actors within the institution (the director, the culturdl advison, and the cultural activity coordinator) in addition to interviews, with a sample of stakeholders including pioneers researchers , teachers, end students direct observation technique were alsce employed. The study concluded that communication plays pivotal role in energizing the cultural scene and connecting the institution to its external enviranment however several challenges were identified, including a lack of human and technical resources and the suboptimal use of modern comunication tools. The Study propodes a set of recommendations aimed at impraving the library ‘s communication strategies and enhancing its cultural role in a more effective and socially angaged manner within the local communty.
