دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الاتصال التنظيمي في المؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية ، وإبراز الدور الذي يلعبه في تحقيق أهدافها، ومختلف الجوانب التي تميزه ،بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على المعقيات التي من شأنها أن تحد من فعاليته،حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الذي كفل لنا التغطية الشاملة للموضوع ،ومن خلال استهداف عينة قصدية تتكون من (40) موظف موزعين على مختلف المناصب ،استعنا بالملاحظة واستمارة استبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات ومن ثم تحليلها ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلا أن تحسين عملية الاتصال التنظيمي تؤدي دورا فعالا في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية .

This study aims to unveil the reality of organizational communication within Algerian service institutions, highlighting its role in achieving the institution's objectives and the various aspects that distinguish it . Additionally, it seeks to identify the obstacles that may hinder its effectiveness. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to ensure comprehensive coverage of the topic. A purposive sample of 40 employees from various positions was targeted. Observation and a questionnaire were used as data collection tools, followed by analysis. The study concluded that improving organizational communication plays a significant role in achieving the goals of Algerian service institutions.
