الإدارة الرقمية وفعالية الاتصال الداخلي في المؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإدارة الرقمية بأبعادها المختلفة في تفعيل الاتصال الداخلي بالمؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية، تحديدا مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر_ فرع المدية_. وقد اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة حالة، كما استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات بالإضافة إلى أننا إعتمدنا على أسلوب العينة القصدية المكونة من 40 موظف. بناءا على المعلومات التي توصلنا إليها من خلال الدراسة والتحليل تبين أن الإدارة الرقمية تساهم بشكل فعال في تحسين الاتصال الداخلي بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع المدية، من خلال التكامل بين أبعاد الإدارة الرقمية (المادي، البرمجي، الشبكي، البشري). This study aims to determine the extent to which digital management, with its various dimensions, contributes to enhancing internal communication within an Algerian service institution, specifically Algerian Telecom, the Medea branc. In this study, we adopted a case study approach, using a questionnaire as te primary tool for collecting of 40 employees. Based on the information we obtained through the study and analysis, it became clear that digital management contributes effectively to improving internal communication within Algeria Telecom, the Medea branch, through the integration of the dimensions of digital management (physical, software, network, and human ).
