Abstract

هدفت دراستنا التي تتمحور حول الاتصال اللفظي ودوره في تحسين العلاقات العامة في مؤسسة دار الثقافة حسن الحسني بالمدية إلى التعرف على دوره ومميزاته. وبناءا على المعلومات التي توصلنا إليها من خلال الدراسة والتحليل تبين لنا أن الاتصال اللفظي له مكانة ودور كبير بمؤسسة دار الثقافة حسن الحسني بالمدية، بالرغم من أنه يمارس بطريقة عفوية من قبل الموظفين إلا أنه قام ببناء علاقات عامة قوية وثيقة متبادلة بين الموظفين والزبائن، كما أنه خلق نوع من الاحترام والتفاهم فيما بينهم. Our study, which focuses on verbal communication and its role in improving public relations at the Hassan El-Hassani Cultural Center in Médéa, aimed to explore its function and advantages. Based on the information obtained through research and analysis, it became clear that verbal communication holds a significant role and value within the Hassan El-Hassani Cultural Center in Médéa. Although it is practiced spontaneously by the employees, it has contributed to building strong and mutual public relations between the staff and the clients. Furthermore, it has fostered a sense of respect and understanding among them.
