تقييم الوظائف التنفيذية (الذاكرة العاملة، والتخطيط، والمرونة الذهنية) لدى المصاب بحبسة بروكا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الوظائف التنفيذية (الذاكرة العاملة، والتخطيط، والمرونة الذهنية) لدى المصاب بحبسة بروكا من خلال المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة باستخدام بطارية (BANFE2) والتي تشتمل على اختبارات (الطرح، والتتابع، والترتيب الأبجدي، والتسلسل، والتوجيه الذاتي) لتقييم الذاكرة العاملة، واختبارات (المتاهة، وبرج هانوي) لتقييم التخطيط، واختبار (تصنيف البطاقات) لتقييم المرونة الذهنية، وقد طبقت على ثلاث حالات مصابة بالسكتة الدماغية الإقفارية (AVC ischémique)، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن مستوى الذاكرة العاملة متدن لدى الحالات الثلاث، ومستوى التخطيط متدن لدى الحالة الأولى والحالة الثالثة، وغير متدن لدى الحالة الثانية، ومستوى المرونة الذهنية متدن لدى الحالة الأولى، وغير متدن لدى الحالة الثانية والحالة الثالثة، وعليه فإن مستوى الوظائف التنفيذية لدى المصاب بحبسة بروكا يختلف بحسب شدة الأعراض، وبحسب مناطق الإصابة. This study aims to evaluate executive functions (working memory, planning, mental flexibility) in the patients with broca's aphasia, using the descriptive methodology (case study) through application of battery (BANFE2) que contienen (tests subtract, sum, alphabetical order, self-driving, sequence) to evaluate working memory, and (tests labyrinths, tower of hanoi) to evaluate planning, and (tests card classification) to evaluate mental flexibility to three cases infected with ischemic stroke, the results have shown that the level of working memory is low of three cases, and level of planning is low of case one and case three, and is not low of case second, and level of mental flexibility is low of case one, and is not low of case second and case three, so the level of executive functions in the patients with broca's aphasia varies depending on the severity of symptoms, and according to the affected areas.
