لعب النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية دورا هاما من أجل حماية ضحايا الجرائم الدولية، من خلال إبراز مركزهم القانوني، الذي ساعدهم في الحصول على مختلف الحقوق المعترف بها لهم، إلا أن ذلك لم يكن كافيا لاستيفاء الضحايا حقوقهم، وذلك راجع لأسباب تحول دون إجراء محاكمة عادلة تمكن الضحايا من الحصول على حقوقهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية ، حماية الضحايا، الجرائم الدولية. Abstract : The Statute of the International Criminal Court played an important role in protecting victims of international crimes, by highlighting their legal status, which helped them obtain the various rights recognized for them, but this was not sufficient for the victims to fulfill their rights, due to reasons that prevent a fair trial. Résumé: Le Statut de la Cour pénale internationale a joué un rôle important dans la protection des victimes de crimes internationaux, en mettant en valeur leur statut juridique, ce qui les a aidées à obtenir les différents droits qui leur sont reconnus, mais cela n'a pas suffi pour que les victimes puissent exercer leurs droits, en raison de raisons qui empêchent un procès équitable.
