Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of Organizational excellence in the Saidal Corporation from the perspective of knowledge management evaluation According to the American model MBNQA. On this basis, the research problem was formulated as follows: What is the level of Organizational excellence in the Saidal Corporation from the perspective of knowledge management evaluation according to the evaluation criteria in the American model of excellence MBNQA? In our attempt to achieve these aims and answer this problem, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical aspect, while in the applied aspect, we relied on the case study approach, and a set of tools were adopted, such as a desk survey to collect information from various sources, and questionnaires to collect data, necessary, and the knowledge management standard within the American Model of Excellence MBNQA was relied upon.
