دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة "مصحة السهل" الواقعة بدائرة بني سليمان التابعة لولاية المدية بالجزائر، كما حاولنا التعرف على أهداف هذه المؤسسة في تطبيق اليقظة التكنولوجية وكذلك تحديد أهمية اليقظة التكنولوجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة وللتعرف على ذلك قمنا بإجراء مقابلات مع عينة الدراسة في "مصحة السهل" فتوصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: تعتبر المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة مصحة السهل من بين المؤسسات التي تستخدم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وهذا من خلال أحدث التقنيات التي جعلتها منافسة في المجال الطبي. - فعالية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة مصحة السهل جعلها تحقق ميزة تنافسية يمكن أن تؤدي خدمات صحية وزيادة جاذبيتها للمرضى، ويساهم في بناء سمعة ايجابية للمؤسسة. - ساهمت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في توفير نظام إدارة الملفات الإلكترونية، مما يساعد في تخزين معلومات المرضى بشكل فعال وتسهيل الوصول إليها. - استخدام تكنولوجيا في تحسين التواصل بين فرق العمل داخل المصحة من خلال استخدام أنظمة الرسائل النصية أو التطبيقات الخاصة للتواصل الفعال والفوري. - تبني مصحة السهل إستراتيجيات تقنية متقدمة تضمن تحسين جودة الخدمات وتوفير التجربة جديدة للمريض. This study aims to investigate the role of technological awareness in achieving competitiveness for the private healthcare institution, Al Sahel Clinic, We aimed to explore the institution's objectives in implementing technological awareness and determine its importance in achieving competitiveness for the institution. To achieve this, we conducted interviews with a sample of respondents from Al Sahel Clinic and arrived at a set of results, which included :

Al Sahel Clinic, a private healthcare institution, is among those that utilize information and communication technology, leveraging the latest technologies that have made it competitive in the medical field. The effectiveness of internal communication within Al Sahel Clinic has enabled it to reap a competitive advantage, capable of providing healthcare services and increasing its appeal to patients, while contributing to build a positive reputation for the institution. Information and communication technology has contributed to the provision of an electronic patient file management system, facilitating efficient storage and secure access to patient data. The Technology use has improved communication between work teams within the clinic through the implementation of text messaging systems or specialized applications for effective and immediate communication. Al Sahel Clinic adopts advanced technical strategies that ensure the enhancement of service quality and provision of a new experience for patients.
