Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تتمحور دراستنا هذه حول الإتصال العمومي عبر المواقع الإلكترونية الرسمية، "دراسة حالة الموقع الإلكتروني لجامعة المدية"، التي تهدف إلى التعرف على مساهمة الإتصال العمومي في تحسين الخدمة العمومية للأسرة الجامعية. فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لهاته الدراسة من أجل الحصول على معلومات معمقة ومفصلة لأجل تحليل الظاهرة المدروسة، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوعنا، اعتماداً على العينة القصدية من مجتمع البحث المتمثل في الطلبة، تمثلت العينة في 60 مفردة من طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر كل من تخصص اتصال وعلاقات عامة وتخصص سمعي بصري. تبين لنا بناء على المعلومات التي توصلنا اليها من خلال الدراسة والتحليل أن الاتصال العمومي عبر الموقع الالكتروني للجامعة له مكانة ودور كبير في تحسين الخدمة العمومية بجامعة الدكتور يحي فارس بالمدية، بالرغم من أنه تواجه تحديات ونقص في البنية التحتية الإلكترونية وتدفق الانترنت إلا أنه أصبح أداة اساسية للتواصل الفعال وتسهيل العمليات التعليمية وتحسين الخدمة العمومية لهيئة التدريس والطلبة هدفه تحقيق المصلحة العامة. Abstract : Our study focuses on public communication through official websites, "The State of the Medea University Website", which aims to identify the contribution of public communication to improving the public service of the university family. We have relied on the descriptive curriculum as the most appropriate for this study in order to obtain in-depth and detailed information for the analysis of the phenomenon studied, and we have also relied on the questionnaire as an essential tool for collecting information on our subject, based on the intentional sample of the research community of students. The sample consisted of 60 individual second-year students, both communication and public relations specialization and audiovisual specialization. Based on the information we have obtained through the study and analysis, we have found that public communication via the university's website has a great place and role in improving the public service at Dr. Yahya Faris University. While facing challenges and shortages in electronic infrastructure and Internet flow, it has become an essential tool for effective communication, facilitation of educational processes and improvement of the public service of the teaching staff and students with the aim of achieving the public interest.
