دور العمل النقابي في الإصلاحات التربوية الجزائرية

Abstract

الملخص: حاولنا من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها، معالجة موضوع دور العمل النقابي في الإصلاحات التربوية الجزائرية دراسة على عينة من المنخرطين في النقابات التربوية بمدينة المدية والتي هدفت إلى الكشف عن دور النقابات التربوية في مجموعة من المؤسسات التعليمية بمدينة المدية، واخترنا هذه المؤسسات كونها تخدم موضوع بحثنا. قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بغية الوصول إلى دور العمل النقابي في الإصلاحات التربوية الجزائرية، كما اخترنا عينة بلغ عددها 40 فرد منخرط في النقابة التربوية، ولجمع البيانات تم الاعتماد على تقنية الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وقمنا باختيار العينة القصدية، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية للتوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن العمل النقابي له دور في الإصلاح التربوي من خلال تطوير البيئة البيداغوجية والبيئة التكوينية. Summary of the study: We tried through the study we did talking the role of union work in Algerian educational reforms study, on a simple of those involved In the educational unions of the city media, it aimed at revealing the role of educational unions in a group of educational institutions in the city of media, and we chose these institutions as they serve our research. We used the descriptive method to reach the role of union work in Algerian educational reforms, we also chose a sample of 40 people engaged to collect date the model was based on the form and we chose the internal sample use of the statistical package program to reach the conclusion that union work has the role of Algerian educational reforms by developing the pedagographic environment, and the formative environment. :
