Abstract

The current study attempts at determining the impact of digital transformation on financial performance in commercial banks, especially in the Algerian External bank in Medea during the period (2021, 2020, 2019). In addition to highlighting and demonstrating the impact of digital transformation, identifying various financial indicators, ratios, and models are another major aims behind measuring the bank's performance. After interpreting the collected data it has been inferred that there is that there is a reciprocal, correlation relationship and impact that connects the digital transformation of banking processes with financial performance. The researches have chosen to use the statistical software SPSS and a number of descriptive, inferential, and appropriate statistical measures that fit the research hypotheses and objectives.
