Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة المها ا رت الاتصالية لدى الصحفيين في إذاعة البليدة الجهوية ومعرفة انعكاساتها على الأداء الإعلامي. و قمنا بطرح التساؤل الاتي كيف تنعكس مها ا رت القائم بالاتصال على أداء إذاعة البليدة الجهوية ؟ واعتمدنا في هذه الدارسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي , ودراستنا هذه ضمن هذه الدارسات الوصفية حيث ثم تصميم الاستمارة وتوزيعها على عينة من الصحفيين في إذاعة البليدة الجهوية , وتكون مجتمع البحث من صحفيين وصحفيات في ذات المؤسسة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية: تعمل مها ا رت الاتصال على رفع كفاءة الصحفيين و تساعد أيضا على تحسين نوعية الرسالة الاعلامية و الب ا رمج التي تبث في إذاعة البليدة الجهوية و أيضا تنمي الاتصالات الخارجية للصحفيين و يمتلك الصحفي في إذاعة البليدة الجهوية مها ا رت استثنائية جد مهمة للرفع من أدائه و خلق روح الابداع . .Abstract: This study aims to assess the communication skills of journalists in the Local Radio station of Blida and determine their impact on their professional performance. And we asked the following question :how are the skills of the Communicator reflected in the Local Radio station of Blida . this study we relied on the method of social survey and our study is within these descriptive studies where then the questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of journalists in the local radio station of Blida Corporation and the research community was formed. From Journalists and Female journalists in the same institution, the study reached the following most important results: communication skills raise the efficiency of journaliste and it also helps to improve the quality of the media message and the programs that are broadcast on the regional radio Blida , and also develops the external contacts of the journalists . and the journalist at Blida ragional Radio possesses exceptional skills that very important to raise his performance and create a spirit of creativity.
