Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهم ما يتعلق بآلية ملتمس الرقابة كونها من أخطر الوسائل الرقابية التي تمتلكها السلطة التشريعية في مواجهة السلطة التنفيذية، من خلال الأهمية التي أولاها له التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، وذلك بتوسيع نطاق الأعمال الموجبة لممارسته باعتباره من أهم الآليات المرتبة للمسؤولية الحكومة السياسية، والتي يعتبر بقاء الحكومة واستمرارها في أداء وظيفتها مرهون بممارستها، حيث أدرج المؤسس الدستوري الاستجواب ضمن الأعمال المرتبة للمسؤولية السياسية من خلال إمكانية تحريك ملتمس الرقابة. الكلمات المفتاحية:ملتمس الرقابة، السلطة التشريعية، السلطة التنفيذية. Abstract This study aims to identify the most important aspects linked to the control request mechanism, because it is one of the most dangerous means of control available to the legislative power in relation to the executive power, through the importance that it grants the constitutional amendment of 2020, expanding the scope of actions to be exercised, since it is one of the most important mechanisms that organize the responsibility of the government, the survival and continuity of the government in the exercise of his function are considered dependent on his practice, as founder of the Constitution. included interrogation among the tasks provided for political responsibility thanks to the possibility of moving the petitioner for control. Keywords: petitioner for oversight, legislative authority, executive authority Résumé: Cette étude vise à identifier les aspects les plus importants liés au mécanisme de demande de contrôle, car il s'agit d'un des moyens de contrôle les plus dangereux dont dispose le pouvoir législatif face au pouvoir exécutif, à travers l'importance que lui accorde le l'amendement constitutionnel de 2020, en élargissant le champ des actions à exercer, car il s'agit de l'un des mécanismes les plus importants qui organisent la responsabilité du gouvernement, la survie et la continuité du gouvernement dans l'exercice de sa fonction sont considérées comme dépendantes de sa pratique, en tant que fondateur de la Constitution. a inclus l'interrogatoire parmi les tâches prévues pour la responsabilité politique grâce à la possibilité de déplacer le pétitionnaire pour un contrôle .
