الإتصال التربوي في المدارس وأ ثره في التحصيل الدراسي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تندرج هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان الاتصال التربوي وفعالية العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة وهذا نظرا للأهمية التي يكتسبها في المجال التربوي، ذلك من خلال الكشف عن كيفية تأثيره وتفعيله للعملية التعليمية التربوية من خلال تطوير قدرات ومهارات الفاعلين وتشجيعهم على الاستغلال الأمثل لمواهبهم وكفاءاتهم لاستخراج موارد بشرية هامة ومهمة ذات كفاءة ومهارة في هذا المجال، فنجاح هذه العملية وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة يقتصر على مدى دور الاتصال في دمج الفاعلين التربويين، أما فيما يخص أهداف الدراسة تجلت في محاولة فتح المجال للأساتذة والتلاميذ ليتعرفوا على مجمل السلوكيات اللفظية وغير اللفظية القائمة داخل الصف الدراسي. ABSTRACT: This study falls under the heading of educational communication and the effectiveness of learning process. This is because of the importance it has acquired in the field of education by revealing haw it affects and activating educational process by developing the abilities and skills of the actors and encouraging them to make optimal use of their talents and competencies to extract important and important human resources. The success of this process and the achievement of the desired goals is limited to the role of communication in the integration of educational actor. And with regard to the objectives of the study was manifested in an attempt to open the way for teachers and students to recognize the overall verbal behaviour and for non-verbal list within the classroom.
