Abstract

ملخص الدراسة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الشبكات الرقمية في تحسين العمليات الجوهرية لإدارة المعرفة بالمديرية العامة لمؤسسة نفطال ، حيث تم تصميم إستبيان و توزيعه على عينة قدرت ب 164 موظف بالمديرية العامة للمؤسسة ، و المتواجدة بمقر الشراقة – الجزائر العاصمة . و لجمع أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات تم توظيف كذلك أداتي المقابلة و الملاحظة بالمشاركة ، و ذلك عبر تربص ميداني على مستوى المؤسسة دام لسنة كاملة ، و إعتمدنا على المنهج التكاملي من خلال إستخدام منهج دراسة حالة و كذلك المنهج المسحي . و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين درجة إستخدام الشبكات الرقمية و مستوى تحسين العمليات الجوهريات لإدارة المعرفة ، كما توصلنا إلى أهمية كل من الثقافة التنظيمية و القيادة التنظيمية و الهيكل التنظيمي في نجاح الإستثمار الأمثل في الرقمنة بالمؤسسة و الوصول إلى مراحل متقدمة من تطبيق توجه إدارة المعرفة .

Summary of the study

This study aims to determine the role of digital networks in enhancing the core processes of knowledge management at the General Directorate of the Naftal Company. A survey was designed and distributed to a sample of 164 employees at the General Directorate of the company, located in the Chéraga headquarters in Algiers. In order to gather as much information as possible, the tools of scientific interviewing and participatory observation were also employed through a year-long practical internship within the institution. We adopted an integrative approach by using a case study methodology as well as the survey methodology. The study concluded that there is a direct correlation between the degree of digital network usage and the level of improvement in core knowledge management processes. Additionally, the study highlighted the significance of organizational culture, organizational leadership, and organizational structure in the optimal investment in digitization and organizational knowledge management.
