الاتصال الداخلي والدور الذي يلعبه في تحسين صورة المؤسسة التربوية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت دراستنا التي تتمحور حول الاتصال الداخلي ودوره في تحسين صورة المؤسسة التربوية الى معرفة الدور والأهمية وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيسي الذي كان كالتالي: ما الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين صورة متوسطة الأمير عبد القادر بالمفاتحة؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل ومن أجل الوصول الى نتائج دقيقة قمنا بطرح التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1. ما مكانة الاتصال الداخلي بمتوسطة الأمير عبد القادر بالمفاتحة؟ 2. فيما تتمثل الصعوبات التي تعيق سيرورة الاتصال الداخلي بمتوسطة الأمير عبد القادر بالمفاتحة؟ 3. ما مدى مساهمة الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين صورة متوسطة الأمير عبد القادر بالمفاتحة؟ ومن أجل معالجة إشكالية بحثنا قمنا باختيار منهج دراسة الحالة الذي يعتبر أنسب منهج في هذه الدراسة من أجل الحصول على معلومات ومعطيات معمقة، واستعملنا المقابلة كأداة رئيسية والملاحظة كأداة مساعدة، حيث اعتمدنا في بحثنا على العينة القصدية التي حددناها في 13 فرد من موظفين وأساتذة وعمال مهنيين. وبناءا على المعلومات التي جمعناها من المقابلات التي تم إجراءها ومن الملاحظة التي قمنا بها تبين لنا أن الاتصال الداخلي يلعب دورا كبيرا في تحسين الصورة الذهنية لمتوسطة الأمير عبد القادر خاصة عند فئة الأساتذة وذلك ليقينهم بمدى أهمية الاتصال الداخلي ولرضاهم حول المتوسطة، ولــكن المتوسطة ليست مهتمة كثيرا بطريقة التواصل الالكترونية التي يمكن أن تقدم تسهيلات وتحسن أكثر في صنع صورة جيدة لها. وقد برز لنا أن الاتصال الداخلي هو أداة مهمة في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة، وبواسطته فإن العاملين يتبادلون الآراء والأفكار حول مهامهم المتعددة داخل المؤسسة كما يساهم في وفرة المعلومات باستعمال وسائل وطرق متعددة، هذه الأخيرة تساعد بشكل كبير في صنع صورة إيجابية حول المؤسسة. Study summary: Our study, which revolves around internal communication and its role in improving the image of the educational institution, aimed to know the role and importance by asking the main question, which was as follows: What is the role played by the internal communication in improving the image of the average Emir Abdelkader in Elmefatha? In order to answer this question and in order to reach accurate results, we asked the following sub-questions: 1. What is the status of the internal communication in the middle school of Emir Abdelkader in Elmefatha? 2. What are the difficulties that impede the process of internal communication in the middle school of Emir Abdelkader in Elmefatha? 3. What is the extent of the internal communication's contribution to improving the image of the average Emir Abdelkader in Elmefatha? In order to address the problem of our research, we chose the case study approach, which is considered the most appropriate approach in this study in order to obtain in-depth information and data, and we used the interview as a main tool and observation as an auxiliary tool, as we relied in our research on the intentional sample that we identified in 13 individuals from employees, teachers and professional workers . And based on the information that we gathered from the interviews that were conducted and from the observation that we made, it became clear to us that internal communication plays a major role in improving the mental image of Emir Abdelkader Middle School, especially among teachers, because they are certain of the importance of internal communication and their satisfaction with the middle school, but the middle school is not very interested In an electronic way of communication that can provide facilities and improve more in making a good image of it. It has emerged to us that internal communication is an important tool in improving the mental image of the organization, and by means of it, the employees exchange opinions and ideas about their multiple tasks within the organization, and it also contributes to the abundance of information using various means and methods, the latter greatly helping in creating a positive image about the organization
