Abstract

ملخص: : تصب دراستنا في إطار توظيف الرقمنة في زيادة فعليه الاتصال الحكومي ورفع التنسيق بين الدوائر الوزارية من خلال استعمال تكنولوجيا التطبيقات الرقمية الحديثة حيث سعينا من خلال دراستنا الى تحديد جوانب النقص ومعالجتها واقتراح نموذج تطبيق للتنسيق ما بين الدوائر الوزارية ورفع الفعالية الاتصالية هذا النموذج ورد في شاكله تطبيق تحت اسم حكومتي الغرض منه الربط بين الدوائر الوزارية ورفع الفعالية الاتصالية ولغرض تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لغرض الحصول على كم من اكبر من المعلومات الدقيقة لتحليل الظاهرة المدروسة من خلال المعلومات المتوصل اليها من خلال الدراسة والتحليل تبين ان للرقمنة دور كبير في رفع فاعليه الاتصال الحكومي بالإضافة الى وجوب الاستناد على التطبيقات الرقمية المبتكرة لتجسيد ذلك • Summary of the study: • Our study is within the framework of employing digitization to increase the effectiveness of government communication and raise coordination between ministerial departments through the use of modern digital application technology. Through our study, we sought to identify the shortcomings, address them, and propose an application model for coordination between ministerial departments and raise communication effectiveness. This model is stated in the form of an application. Under the name “My Government,” its purpose is to link ministerial departments and increase communication effectiveness In order to achieve this, the descriptive analytical method was adopted for the purpose of obtaining a greater amount of accurate information to analyze the studied phenomenon. Through the information obtained through study and analysis, it was shown that digitization has a major role in increasing the effectiveness of government communication, in addition to the necessity of relying on innovative digital applications to embody this.
