: يشمل التنظيم القضائي مجموع القواعد القانونية المنظمة للسلطة القضائية بشكل عام والمتعلق بالجهات القضائية على اختلاف أنواعها ودرجاتها وكذا الشروط المتعلقة بتعيين القضاة ونظام انضباطهم بالإضافة إلى مختلف الحقوق والواجبات... الخ. وفي هذا السياق، تأتي أمانة الضبط كجزء لا يتجزأ من منظومة القضاء، حيث تعتبر العمود الفقري للمحاكم والهيئات القضائية، إن مستخدمي أمانات الضبط بما يحملونه من مسؤوليات جسام ومهام دقيقة، يساهمون في تسيير العمل القضائي ويضمنون سير الإجراءات بكفاءة وفعالية، وقد أولى المشرع الجزائري اهتماما بالغا بتنظيم هذا السلك الوظيفي، مما يعكس الدور الهام الذي يلعبه هؤلاء الموظفون في تحقيق العدالة. وقد صدر المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 08-409 المتضمن القانون الأساسي الخاص بمستخدمي أمانات الضبط للجهات القضائية، والذي حول تسمية كتابة الضبط إلى أمانة الضبط وكاتب ضبط إلى مستخدم أمانة الضبط. The employees of the police secretariats, withtheirheavyresponsibilities and precisetasks, contribute to the conduct of judicialwork and ensure the efficient and effective conduct of procedures. The Algerian legislator has paid attention Theyexaggerated the organization of thiscareer line, whichreflects the important rolethattheseemployeesplay in achieving justice. ExecutiveDecree No. 08-409 wasissuedcontaining the basic lawregarding the users of the judicialauthorities' records secretariats, whichchanged the name of the record clerk to the record secretariat and the record clerk to the record secretariat user. Résumé L'organisation judiciaire comprend l'ensemble des règles juridiques régissant l'autorité judiciaire en général et liées aux organes judiciaires de tous types et degrés, ainsi que les conditions liées à la nomination des juges et à leur système disciplinaire, en plus de divers droits et devoirs. etc. Dans ce contexte, le secrétariat de police fait partie intégrante du système judiciaire, car il est considéré comme l'épine dorsale des tribunaux et des organes judiciaires. Les employés des secrétariats de police, avec leurs lourdes responsabilités et leurs tâches précises, contribuent à la conduite des affaires. le travail judiciaire et assurer le déroulement efficace et efficient des procédures. Le législateur algérien a prêté attention à l'organisation de cette filière, qui reflète le rôle important que jouent ces agents dans l'obtention de la justice. Le décret exécutif n° 08-409 a été publié, contenant la loi fondamentale concernant les utilisateurs des secrétariats des archives des autorités judiciaires, qui a changé le nom du greffier en secrétariat des archives et le greffier en utilisateur du secrétariat des archives.
