Abstract

The study aimed to address the issue of the impact of public governance in rationalizing public expenditures through the extent of its contribution to implementing the law as an effective tool and means. After presentation and analysis, the study concluded the importance of governance, as it contributes significantly to achieving the objectives of public institutions for the public benefit, but it still requires an appropriate environment. The study also recommends the need for the state to be keen to continue the reforms it has undertaken and to give expenditures greater attention by making the best use of them by rationalizing them by spending on what is necessary
