Abstract

This study was conerned with knowing rhe role of administrative leadership organizational change , in the Energy directorate of the state of medea , and knowing the leadership pattems or methods contributing to managing organizational change and showing the relationshipthat binds them , and highlighting the importance and objectives of organization change in the organization and its necessity to ensure survival , continuity and adaptation to the environment .To Teste , we prepared a questionnaire consisting of there axes ,each axis containing six phrases, on the five –point likert scale and distnibuted to the study sample members , where this sempl econsisted of “34” individuals , and the data and information were processe d using the spss program , and based on the results of the study , we reached there is a link between administrative leadership and organizational change management
