The study population Is represented by the employées, and a sample of administrators consisting of 35 individuals was randomly selected, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for the study. It was used to collect data that was distributed and retrieved all, and it is valid for analysis by the spss program, and the research included a group of Hypotheses, and we reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between administrative control and decision-making in the institution
