| dc.description | Résumé: خص المشرع الجزائري الحقوق والحريات العامة بحماية خاصة، ومنها ممارسة النشاط النقابي الذي يهدف إلى الدفاع عن المصالح المادية والمعنوية للعمال والموظفين بحيث وفر القانون 23-02 المؤرخ في 25 أفريل 2023 المتعلق بممارسة الحق النقابي جملة من الضمانات القانونية والقضائية بالنسبة لكل من التنظيم النقابي وأعضاء التنظيم النقابي حتى يمارس هذا الحق بكل حرية: الكلمات المفتاحية: القانون 23-02، الحق النقابي، الضمانات القانونية، الضمانات القضائية. Abstract: The Algerian legislator has designated public rights and freedoms for special protection, including the practice of trade union activitythataims to defend the material and moral interests of workers and employees. Law No. 23-02 of April 25, 2023 relating to the exercise of trade union rightsprovides a set of legal and judicialguarantees for both organisations.
