المسؤولية الإجتماعية للشركة

Abstract

لمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركة تطورا في السنوات الاخيرة حيث جرى الاعتراف بأهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية و مدى ارتباطها بسلوك الشركات ، و تتعاظم اهمية الحديث على هذا الموضوع في كون ان اغلبية المجتمعات المتقدمة تولي اهتمام للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ، خاصة في ظل المنافسة في البيئة المعاصرة و باعتبارها العمود الفقري لأي شركة اصبح من الضرورة ان تقوم الشركات الجزائرية بدمج المسؤولية الاجتماعية ضمن استراتيجيتها ، و سن القوانين التي تدعم ذلك ، و توصلنا الى انه بالرغم من الترسانة القانونية التي وضعتها الجزائر لحماية حقوق اصحاب المصلحة ( المستهلك ، البيئة ، العامل ) . الا انها تبقى غير كافية لذا لخصنا الى ضرورة تحديد جهة تنظيمية بوضع التشريعات و القوانين المنظمة لأعمال و توجيهات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركة . summary The social responsibility of the company has witnessed a development in recent years, as the importance of social responsibility and its connection to corporate behavior has been recognized. It has become necessary for Algerian companies to integrate social responsibility within its strategy, and to enact laws that support this, and we have concluded that despite the legal arsenal that Algeria has established to protect the rights of stakeholders (consumer, environment, worker). However, it remains insufficient, so we summarized the necessity of defining a regulatory body to develop legislation and laws regulating the work and directives of the company's social responsibility. résumé La responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise a connu un développement ces dernières années, car l'importance de la responsabilité sociale et son lien avec le comportement des entreprises ont été reconnus. Il est devenu nécessaire pour les entreprises algériennes d'intégrer la responsabilité sociale dans leur stratégie et de promulguer des lois qui soutenir cela, et nous avons conclu que malgré l'arsenal juridique que l'Algérie a mis en place pour protéger les droits des parties prenantes (consommateur, environnement, travailleur). Cependant, cela reste insuffisant, aussi nous avons résumé la nécessité de définir un organe de régulation pour élaborer une législation et des lois réglementant le travail et des directives de la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise.
