أبعاد النسق القيمي و علاقته بالكفاءة الذاتية العامة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين أبعاد النسق القيمي والكفاءة الذاتية العامة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي بجامعة المدية، كما سعت الى معرفة ترتيب أبعاد النسق القيمي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي وتحديد مستوى الكفاءة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي بجامعة المدية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم استخدام أداتين هما : استبيان النسق القيمي واستبيان الكفاءة الذاتية، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (98) آستاذ جامعي بجامعة المدية بكلياتها الخمس حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين أبعاد النسق القيمي والكفاءة الذاتية العامة ،وجود فروق في ترتيب أبعاد النسق القيمي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي ،مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية العامة لديه مرتفع. ..This study aims to identify the relationship between the dimensions of the value system and general self-efficacy among university professors at the University of Medea. It also sought to determine the ranking of the dimensions of the value system among university professors and determine their level of competence. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach and used two tools: the value system questionnaire and the self-efficacy questionnaire. The study sample included (98) university professors from the University of Medea across its five faculties. The results of the study showed a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of the value system and general self-efficacy, as well as differences in the ranking of the dimensions of the value system among university professors and their level of general self-efficacy.
