Abstract

This study aimed to identify information and communication technology in its dimensions, information infrastructure and communicati on networks, information technology requirements and their impact on performance in the enterprise in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation of the wilaya of Medea, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and surveying the opinions of workers in the enterprise, where (35) questionnaires were distributed, and We recovered (30) of them, so that in the last questionnaires, the total valid for analysis became (30) questionnaires, as we used the SPSS26 program, and the study showed the following results 1. The key to the success and effectiveness of the organization is closely and directly related to the extent of employees' knowledge of how to accomplish their work. 2. The use of visible information and communication technology means has improved the level of performance in the institution. 3. The institution of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the wilaya of Medea has the ability to adopt new ideas and methods of work. 4. There is a statistically significant effect of information and communication technology on the performance of a sample of Sonelgaz workers at the level of significance of 0.05.
