Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the impac of administrative leadership on decision-making, and the reality of this in the Naftal corporation, this effect was addressed through a systematic arrangemant according to a descriptive analytical approach, where the adaministrative leadership was measured as an independent variable and decision-making as a dependent variable. The study population is represented by the Naftal corporation employees, and a sample of administrators consisting of 50 individuals was randomly selected, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for the study. It was used to collect data that was distributed and retrieved all, and it is valid for analysis by the spss program, and the research included a group of Hypotheses, and we reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between administrative leadership and decision-making in the institution under study
