المناخ المدرسي بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى عينة من مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة التي تربط المناخ المدرسي بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى عينة من مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي بمدينة المدية، وذلك عن طريق تحديد طبيعة المناخ السائد في المؤسسات التربوية من وجهة نظرهم من جهة وكذا قياس مستوى دافعيتهم للانجاز من جهة أخرى، وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في طابعه الارتباطي، كما تم الاستعانة بمقياسين الاول لقياس المناخ المدرسي من إعداد (العتيبي، 2007)، والثاني لقياس الدافعية للإنجاز من إعداد (خليفة، 2006) وقد تم اختيار عينة استطلاعية قدرها 40 مستشارا وذلك للتحقق من صلاحيتهما للدراسة، أما عينة الدلاسة الأساسية فقد تم اختيارها عشوائيا وقد تكونت من 117 مستشارا، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات عن طريق برنامج (SPSS) في نسخته 28 تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - طبيعة المناخ المدرسي السائد من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد بمدينة المدية إيجابي. - مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز مرتفع لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه بمدينة المدية. - هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين المناخ المدرسي ودافعية الانجاز لدى مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه بمدينة المدية The current study aimed to shed light on the relationship between school climate and motivation for achievement among a sample of School guidance and counseling consultants in the city of Medea, this is by determining the nature of the prevailing climate in educational institutions from their point of view on the one hand as well as measuring the level of their motivation for achievement on the other hand, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied on in its relational nature, Two scales have been used the first is to measure the school climate, prepared by (Al-Otaibi, 2007), the second is to measure the motivation for achievement, prepared by (Khalifa, 2006), an exploratory sample of 40 consultants was selected in order to verify the validity of the two scales of the study, while the main study sample was randomly selected it consisted of 117 consultants, and after statistical processing of the data by means of the (SPSS) program in its version 28, the following results were reached: - The nature of the prevailing school climate from the point of view of guidance counselors in the city of Medea is positive. - The level of motivation for achievement is high among the counselors of guidance and direction in the city of Medea. - There is a correlation between the school climate and achievement motivation among counselors in the city of Medea
