Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: قمنا بدراستنا لهذا الموضوع "خريجو التكوين المهني بين التكوين و عروض العمل" بتسليط الضوء على تأثير عروض العمل على اختيار الشباب لتخصص معين في التكوين المهني، و قد قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بمركز التكوين المهني بحي تاكبو الولاية المدية ،حيث قمنا بمسح عينة تكونت من 62 متربص ، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي رأينا أنه مناسب لإجراء هذه الدراسة ، و الإجابة على الفرضيات قمنا بتوزيع 62 استمارة تحتوي على مجموعة من الأسئلة ، بعدها قمنا بتفريغ الإجابات في جداول إحصائية على الطريقة التقليدية ، ثم قمنا بتحليل الجداول إحصائيا و سوسيولوجيا ، و في الأخير توصلنا لنتائج الدراسة و التي تتوافق مع الإشكالية المطروحة. Study summary: We have studied this topic "Vocational training graduates between training and job offers" by highlighting the impact of job offers on young people's choice of a specific specialization in vocational training, and we have conducted a field study in the vocational training center so that they follow the city state, where we surveyed a sample consisting of 62 trainees , so that we relied on the analytical descriptive product that we saw fit to conduct this study, and to answer the hypotheses we distributed 62 questionnaires containing a set of questions, then we dumped the answers into statistical tables in the traditional way, then we analyzed the tables statistically and sociologically, and in Finally, we reached the results of the study, which are consistent with the problem at hand.
