الأعراض النفسية لدى عينة من مرافقي المرضى من خلال مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل SCL-90-R

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة والموسومة بـ: " الأعراض النفسية لدى عينة من مرافقي المرضى حسب مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل SCL-90-R" إلى قياس مستوى الصحة النفسية والكشف عن أكثر الأعراض الأكثر شيوعا لدى عينة مرافقي المرضى. وللتعامل مع هذا الموضوع لجأت الطالبتان إلى المنهج الوصفي في طابعه التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات تم تطبيق مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل SCL-90-R على عينة من مرافقي المرضى بالمستشفى قوامها: (60) مرافق من بينهم: (13) ذكور، و(47) إناث. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة النتائج التالية:  مستوى الصحة النفسية منخفض لدى أفراد العينة من مرافقي المريض.  العرض الأكثر ظهورا لدى مرافقي المرضى هو عرض الوسواس القهري.  عدم وجود فروق في الأعراض النفسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس.  عدم وجود فروق في الأعراض النفسية تبعا لمتغير نوع المرض.

Abstract: Our study, titled “Psychological Symptoms Among a Sample of Patient Companions According to the Modified Symptom Checklist SCL-90-R” aimed to measure the level of mental health and identify the most common symptoms among a sample of patient companions. To address this topic, the students adopted a descriptive approach with an analytical nature. Data collection involved applying the Modified Symptoms Checklist CSL-90-R to a sample of patient companions at the hospital, consisting of (60) companions, including (13) males and (47) females. The study yielded the following results:  The level of mental health among the sample of patient companions was low.  The most prevalent symptom among patient companions was obsessive-compulsive symptoms.  There were no differences in psychological symptoms based on gender.  There were no differences in psychological symptoms based on the type of illness.
