أثار الرقمنة على السلطة التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس اثار الرقمنة على السلطة التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة وذلك من خلال الاجابة على التساؤل التالي الى اي مدى تؤثر الرقمنة على السلطة التنظيمية ؟ وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الكمي الذي يتناسب مع متطلبات هذه الدراسة ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدمت اداة الاستبيان والذي وزع على 50 مفردة متمثلة في موظفين داخل البلدية وتم التدعيم بمقابلة مع مسؤول مكتب التكوين بالبلدية وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية. وجود اثر ايجابي للادارة الالكترونية فقذ ساهمت في تحسين بعض جوانب اداء السلطه التنظيميه لكنها لم تصل الى درجه التحول الشامل او الكامل مما يعني ان المؤسسه لا تزال في مرحله انتقاليه بين النمط التقليدي والرقمي وذلك بسبب ان مظاهر السلطة التقليدية لاتزال مهيمنة في المؤسسة وكذلك وجود تحديات بشرية تستدعي الحاجة الملحة لتكوين الموظفين للتأقلم والاندماج مع هذا This study aims to measure the impact of digitization on organizational authority within the institution by answering the following question: To what extent does digitization affect organizational authority? This study relied on the quantitative approach, which aligns with its objectives. To collect data, a questionnaire was used and distributed to 50 individuals, represented by employees within the municipality. The data collection was also supported by an interview with the head of the training office in the municipality. The study reached the following results: There is a positive impact of electronic management, as it has contributed to improving certain aspects of organizational authority performance. However, it has not reached a state of full or comprehensive transformation.
