Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور موظفو مصالح الإعلام الآلي وتأثيرهم على السلطة داخل التنظيم وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: كيف يستخدم موظفو مصالح الإعلام الآلي السلطة في التنظيم؟ وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع متطلبات هذه الدراسة والجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدمت أداة الاستبيان، والذي وزع على عينة تتكون من 63 مفردة متمثلة في الموظفين الذين يعملون في قسم الإعلام الآلي وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: السلطة الرسمية هي سلطة قانونية علمية وترتبط بمجموعة من المؤشرات وترتبط بأهم بعد الا وهو المحال المهني، يتم توزيع السلطة بشكل متنوع بين الموظفين حيث يمتلك بعضهم سلطة رسمية مشتقة من مناصبهم بينما يتمتع آخرون بسلطة غير رسمية، موظفو مصالح الإعلام الآلي أظهروا تأثيرا قويا في عمليات صنع القرار وتوجيه السياسات التكنولوجية داخل المؤسسة.

The following nady aims to understand the role of it departement employees and their impact on authority within the following question: how do it department employees we authority within the organization? A descriptive matisod suitable for the requirements of this study was employed data the the study were collected using a questionnaire distribsted in a sample of 63 individuals sepresenting employees working in the it departement. The stusy reached the following conclusions formal authocity is a pratical legal aadhority associated with a set of to the Zauthity is distributed diversely among employees formad authorhey derived from their positions while others enjoy informal authority Bdeptuens empyees have demonstrated a mung influence in decision making processes and in directing tecnological policies within the organisation
