Abstract

During our study, we tried to analyze and interpret the relationship between the strategic performance assessment and the dashboard to find a theoretical base and try to project it on the Algerian economic institution, as most of these institutions adopted this tool in an effort to maintain follow-up on their activities and discover their deviations, as well as take corrective measures in a timely manner. To study this, we tried to apply the theoretical results to the Boufal Corporation to find out how the leaderboard can contribute to the evaluation of the strategic performance of the economic enterprise. You don't really care about studying and analyzing the indicators and taking appropriate corrective action.
