Abstract

ملخص: قامت دراستنا على موضوع أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين بالقطاع الصحي ٬ و قد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مصادر الضغوط المهنية داخل المنظمة و خارجها و أثرها على أداء العاملين و ذلك بالمنظمة الإستشفائية <<محمد بوضياف>> بولاية المدية و قد تكونت عينة البحث من 74عامل و عاملة. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإعتباره الأنسب لدراسة الظواهر الإجتماعية ٬ثم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية Spss لتحليل نتائج الدراسة ٬و أسفرت هذه الأخيرة إلى تأكيد صدق الفرضية . اي: أن ضغوط العمل تؤثر على اداء العاملين بالمنظة الصحية. summary: Our study was based on the issue of the impact of work pressures on the performance of workers in the health sector. This study aimed to shed light on the sources of occupational pressures inside and outside the organization and its impact on the performance of workers in the hospital organization <<Mohamed Boudiaf>> in the wilaya of Medea, and a sample was formed The search is from 74 male and female workers. Where we relied on the analytical descriptive approach as it is the most appropriate for the study of social phenomena, and then used the statistical package Spss program to analyze the results of the study, and the latter resulted in confirming the validity of the hypothesis. That is, work pressures affect the performance of workers in the health organization.
