Abstract

Résumé de la recherche : Le but de cette étude est d’identifier le niveau de stress psychologique chez les enseignants du collège et sa relation avec leur dureté psychologique, ainsi que sa relation avec les trois dimensions de la dureté psychologique : engagement, défi et contrôle parmi l’échantillon de recherche. Le chercheur a utilisé l’approche descriptive et l’échantillon de l’étude était composé de (30) enseignants hommes et femmes. Pour atteindre les objectifs de la recherche, répondez aux questions suivantes : Existe-t-il une relation entre le stress psychologique et la dureté psychologique chez les enseignants du collège ? -Existe-t-il une relation entre le stress psychologique et l’engagement chez les enseignants du collège ? -Existe-t-il une relation entre le stress psychologique et le défi chez les enseignants du collège ? -Existe-t-il une relation entre le stress psychologique et le contrôle chez les enseignants du collège ? Elle a appliqué l’échelle de stress psychologique pour (Lofasat 1993) et l’échelle de rigidité pour Mukhaimer (2002), qui a été normalisée par le professeur (BashirMaamaria). Les résultats ont été traités statistiquement par le programme de progiciels statistiques pour les sciences sociales. La recherche a abouti aux résultats suivants : - Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre le stress psychologique et la dureté psychologique chez les enseignants du collège. - Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre le stress psychologique et l’engagement chez les enseignants du collège. - Il n’y a pas de corrélation d’état statistiquement significative entre le stress psychologique et le défi chez les enseignants du collège. - Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre le stress psychologique et le contrôle chez les enseignants de l’enseignement intermédiaire. Les résultats ont été interprétés à la lumière des études précédentes, de sorte que la recherche se termine par un ensemble de suggestions. Research Summary:The aim of this study is to identify the level of psychological stress among middle school teachers and its relationship to their psychological hardness, as well as its relationship to the three dimensions of psychological hardness: commitment, challenge, and control among the research sample group .The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (30) male and female teachers .To achieve the objectives of the research, answer the following questions: Is there a relationship between psychological stress and psychological hardness among middle school teachers ? Is there a relationship between psychological stress and commitment among middle school teachers ? -Is there a relationship between psychological stress and challenge among middle school teachers ? -Is there a relationship between psychological stress and control among middle school teachers ? She applied the psychological stress scale for (Lofasat 1993) and the rigidity scale for Mukhaimer (2002), which was standardized by Professor (Bashir Maamaria). The statistical treatment of the results was carried out by the statistical package program for social sciences, so that the research reached the following results : - There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between psychological stress and psychological hardness among middle school teachers. - There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between psychological stress and commitment among middle school teachers. - There is no statisti ally significant state correlation between psychological stress and challenge among middle school teachers. - There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between psychological stress and control among intermediate education teachers. The results were interpreted in the light of previous studies, so the research ends with a set of suggestions.
