Abstract

This study titled "The role of knowledge management in improving intitutional performance" aims to clarify the importance and role of knowledge management in the survival and growth of enterprises, and then to increase efficiency and effectiveness durabilit y. The partical side has been selected belaid et fils in ksar elboukhari, wich specializes in the industial aliminum and pvc, as the organisation attaches great importance to the issue of knowledge management to improve thrir level of performance.
