Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحال ةٌ إلى الكشف عن طب عٌة اتجاهات مستشاري التوج هٌ المدرس و المهن نحو اصلاحات المنظومة التربو ةٌ الجد دٌة ح ثٌ اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصف و شملت ع نٌة الدراسة مستشاري التوج هٌ المدرس والمهن لمركز التوج هٌ المدرس والمهن ولا ةٌ المد ةٌ ح ثٌ بلغ عددها 2623 ، وتم الاعتماد على الاستب اٌن المعد من قبل الباحثة عوام ، 06 ( مستشارا للسنة الدراسة ، 2622 ( سارة لق اٌس اتجاهات مستشاري التوج هٌ المدرس والمهن نحو اصلاحات المنظومة التربو ةٌ الجد دٌة وتمت المعالجة الاحصائ ةٌ باستخدام نظام الحزمة الاحصائ ةٌ SPSS وجاءت نتائج الدراسة كما لٌ : 1 وٌجد اتجاه ا جٌاب لمستشاري التوج هٌ نحو اصلاحات المنظومة التربو ةٌ الجد دٌة - 2 توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائ ةٌ ف اتجاهات مستشاري التوج هٌ المدرس و المهن نحو اصلاح - المنظومة التربو ةٌ الجد دٌة تعزي لمتغ رٌ الخبرة )سنوات العمل ( و لصالح المجموعة رقم 2 أي )من 5 إلى 16 سنوات(. 3 لا وٌجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائ ةٌ ف اتجاهات مستشاري التوج هٌ المدرس و المهن نحو - الاصلاح للمنظومة التربو ةٌ الجد دٌة تعزي لمتغ رٌ التخصص The study aimed to reveal the nature of the attitudes of the school and vocational guidance counselors towards the reforms of the new educational system, where we relied on the descriptive approach. Where the number reached (60) advisors for the study year, 2022, 2023. The questionnaire prepared by the researcher Awam Sarah was relied upon to measure the attitudes of school and vocational guidance counselors towards the reforms of the new educational system. The statistical treatment was done using the SPSS statistical package system, and the results of the study were as follows: - There is a positive trend for guidance counselors towards the reforms of the new educational system - There are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of school and vocational guidance counselors towards reforming the new educational system due to the experience variable (years of work) and in favor of group No. 2, i.e. (from 5 to 10 years). - There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of school and vocational guidance counselors towards reform in the new educational system due to the specialization variable.
