Abstract

تعتبر شهادة المطابقة من شهادات التعمير التي تؤكد على مطابقة البنايات لما جاءت به احكام رخصة البناء والتي من خلالها يستطيع المستفيد من استغلال بنايته وهو ملزم بطلب هذه الشهادة عند انتهائه من أشغال البناء وفي حالة اتنهاء الأشغال و لم تكن مطابقة لما جاءت به أحكام رخصة البناء وجب عليه طلب شهادة المطابقة على سبيل التسوية وبعد المعاينة الميدانية من طرف اللجنة المكلفة بذلك تمنح له شهادة المطابقة على سبيل التسوية بعد التأكد من احترامه لقواعد التعمير و قواعد الأمن والسلامة من طرف رئس المجلس الشعبي البلدي .
